At Echo Water, we want you to feel as fluid and confident in our garments as the element that inspires us. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package with Care

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original sustainable packaging to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
